This information is then forwarded to the Kentucky State Police for inclusion in the database. As such, the Kentucky State Police does not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided. Also, it should be noted that offenders may have moved without notifying the Kentucky State Police or the Division of Probation and Parole of the change, even though it is a violation of the law. The database is updated on a daily basis, except for weekends and state holidays. All attempts are made to provide complete and accurate information."
